Jessica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Virginia.  She earned her Bachelors of Science Degree in Social Work from George Mason University and her Masters Degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University.  Jessica has over 15 years of experience in the mental health field and has worked with children, adolescents and adults with diverse needs to include:

Jessica’s past professional roles include positions in therapeutic foster care, home based counseling, mental health support services and outpatient therapy in private agency settings.  Additionally, she held management positions supervising teams of mental health counselors.


Jessica provides counseling in both individual and family settings using a variety of therapeutic strategies to include techniques from evidenced based therapies. Further, she uses play and art interventions as they are appropriate.  

Jessica’s goal in counseling is to help individuals and families identify areas of need and strengths while developing strategies towards change and improved functioning.  Sessions are tailored to the needs of each individual. Jessica provides a safe and non-judgmental environment that fosters the working relationship and promotes trust.  She focuses on helping clients to increase their belief in themselves, their ability to make healthy choices, succeed and ultimately manage their lives and interactions with others.
